Mosby, David Beryl – age 73, passed away on November 29, 2013 at his home in Knoxville, Tennessee. He retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service, after his military career he became a Real Estate Agent he also worked for the Moreno Valley School District in CA. We would also like to thank our amazing neighbors and friends, who helped throughout his illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sharnell and David Mosby. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years and faithful caregiver, Eleanor Reid Mosby; son, David Mosby, II (Latisha); grandsons, Tristan Lee, Demetrius Stevenson, Jaron Davis and Morgan Davis; granddaughters, Sade’ Holloway and Deonna Stevenson; sister, Lyeaster D.L. Feaster; stepdaughter, Debra D. Stevenson (Johnny); stepson, Robert L. Davis, Jr. (Marlo); devoted brother and sister in law, Elmer Reid, Jr. (Maxine) and Ethel L. Reid. He leaves several nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as special Knoxville friends and others. He also leaves an exceptionally good friend, Elizabeth (Liz) Bourbour. Faithful member of Payne Avenue Missionary Baptist Church. Retired employee of Southern Railway and Oak Ridge Y-12 Plant. Preceded in death parents; daughter, Angela; 1 brother; 3 sisters. Survivors: loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Sarah; devoted son, Gregory (Shelia) Hensley, Sr.; 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Friday, November 29, 2013 at Payne Avenue Missionary Baptist Church from 6:00-6:30 PM with funeral services to follow with Reverend Richard S. Brown, Jr. officiating. She was born to her parents on February 3, 1929 in Lake Lure, NC. Preceded in death by husband, Raymond “Bo” Howard; mother, Lillie Mae Thomas and father, William Roland Hamilton. Survivors: sons, Raymond M. Howard, John D. (Stephanie) Howard, Sr., Nathan R. (Debra) Howard; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; devoted brother, William R. Hamilton; close brothers and sisters in Lake Lure, NC, sister, Viber Redmon of GA. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 11:00 AM-12:00 noon with funeral services to follow at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Pastor Christopher Battle officiating. Thursday, November 21st, 2013White, Sharon Reneé, daughter of the late James A. and Bertha P. White of Knoxville, TN departed this life at age 60 on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Fort Sanders hospital. Sharon, a loving mother, was born on March 11, 1953, and educated in the Knoxville City Schools. Employed by the City of Knoxville and Beverly Park Place Nursing Home, sister White was a dedicated and faithful member of Victory View and Fern Street Baptist Church for over 25 years. Preceded in death by her Guardians Revered Percy (Dora Mae) Boyd and five brothers. She leaves to cherish her memories, sons Donald (Kristin) McDermott, and Christopher (Chasitty) McDermott; Sisters: Marva Taylor, Cecelia (Earl) Dragg, Charlene Hamilton, and Patricia White; Brothers: Kevin (Kal-Kal) and Harold White; Four grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives as well as special devoted friends. Home-going services will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 121 Fern Street Baptist Church Knoxville, TN 37914 where Pastor Dexter Jordan will officiate. Friends will be received from 2:00- 2:30 PM, and the celebration of life will begin at 2:30. Interment to follow at New Gray Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by husband, Clyde Henry Lane, Sr. daughters, Martha Neal and Mary “Tootsie” Gary. Twin sons, parents, Rev. W.J. (Jessie) Cotner, son in laws, Robert (Bob) Yette, James Neal, Anthony (Tony) Gary, Bishop H.J. Bell. Brothers: William, Franklin, and George Cotner and devoted nephew Bobbie Cotner, and granddaughter Patricia Lane. She will forever be loved and miss dearly by her devoted family. Friday, November 8th, 2013Dulaney, Walter Paris, Sr., age 78 of Knoxville, TN passed away at home after courageous battle with cancer. He was a devoted father and grandfather. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and later retired from the U.S. Post Office. After retirement he worked as a caregiver. In earlier years he was known as “Funny Bunny” by many children, “WP” by family members and long-time friends and “Paw Paw” by his grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, William & Rosie Dulaney, Sr.; brothers, William, Jr., James, Fredrick and Melvin Dulaney; sister, Edith Dulaney. He is survived by and will be greatly missed by: children, Walter, Jr. (Fiancé-Sheena) Dulaney, Angela Brown, Lorraine (James) Greenlee, Kellie (James) Kennedy, Christopher Dulaney and Tracy Dulaney; brother, Arthur Lee Dulaney; 5 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Alcoa, TN. A memorial service will be held at John Knox Village, Orange City, FL at a later date.
