Jackson, Frances Elaine – age 61, departed this life on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at the University of TN Medical Center. Preceded in death by father, Herbert Young, husband of 40 years Melvin C. Jackson, Jr., brother, Michael Young and father-in-law, Melvin C. Jackson, Sr. Survivors: mother, Martha Young; brothers and sister, Herbert Young, Timothy Young both of MI, Gregory Young, CA., Lawrence Young, MI, Lamar Rucker, GA., Michelle Tuck, MI., and Victor Young, MI.; children, Cherlinda (William, Sr.) Bassham, Melvin Jackson III and Edwinna (Matthew) Keith; grandchildren, Adarious, Nashville,  Melvin IV, Japan and William II, Nashville, Jadyn, Oak Ridge, Aylan, Japan, Cherriah,  Nashville, Matthew II, Knoxville, Sarena and Camron, Nashville. The Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 6, 2013, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon with funeral service to follow at 12:00 Noon at McDonald Drive Church of Christ 3800 McDonald Rd. Ministry Van Hardin officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Services to conclude with full dove release.
