Hall, William E “Turtle Rock” – departed his life peacefully on September 11, 2013. He was born June 7, 1956 in Knoxville, TN He was preceded in death by: mother, Mezella Hall; father, Roy Bagwell. He leaves to cherish his fond memories: wife, Rochelle; daughters, Khisa, Teona; sons, Jabarr (Tekita)Terrell, Sterling, Travis, DeMarcus and Jalen; sisters, Priscilla (Glenn), Verlina, Sherrie, Janice; brothers, Roy, Prdra, Jimmy (Shelia), Keith and Jerry; 12 grandchildren; 2 uncles; 3 aunts; devoted father and mother-in-law, Lawrence  and Mary Dixson, Sr.; 2 brothers-in-law; 2 sisters-in-law; devoted cousins, Ronnie (Ezekiel) Nelson and Richard Kirkland; devoted friends, William Dixon, Jr., Jeffery Minor, Sr., Sammie  McAfee, Willie Lewis, Clarence McDowell and Eli Easterly; many relatives and other friends too numerous to name. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM with funeral services to follow at 7:00 PM at New Friendship Baptist Church, 1933 Texas Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921 with Reverend Steve Simpson officiating & Eulogist. Interment to be on 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Mt Olive Cemetery, Maryville Pike, Knoxville, TN.
