Nelson, Sammie E. Hall – age 74, was called home to be with the Lord on September 3, 2013.  She was a member of Foster Chapel Baptist Church and  a graduate of Austin High School class of 1956. Preceded in death by parents; Jeff and Elizabeth Hall, brothers, Namon, Claude, Melvin, Eugene, Robert Hall and grandson, Sean Gillispie. She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Debbie, Harvey Jr., Joyce, Eleanor and Tony (Sylvia) Elder; sisters, Mary (Ira) Grimes, Frances Hall and Carolyn McGill; brother, Paul (BO) Hall; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM with funeral services to follow at Greater Warner AME Zion Church. Rev. Kevin White officiating. Interment to follow at Foster Chapel Church Cemetery. Services to conclude with full dove release.
