Hawkins, TaDaryl D. “P-Nut” Goins –age 34, of Knoxville passed away at U.T Medical Center on Tuesday, May 24, 2011. He was employed by Queener Lawn Service. Preceded in death by grandparents, Thomas Curry and Clara Goins; aunt, Jackie Holloway; adopted brother, Jacquez (Joc) Kpana. LOWERY, FREDERICK L. age 66, of Knoxville, TN slept away quietly on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Ft. Sanders Regional Hospital. He was born in Alcoa, TN on February 26, 1945 to his parents. He was employed with the Department of Energy and retired from University of Tennessee. A faithful member of the Church of the Living God. Preceded in death by parents, Adell & James B. Lowery; sister, Quintella; brother, James Lowery. Mitchell, Louise Helena Wynn– age 84 of Knoxville, went home to be with Jesus on May 14, 2011 at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital.  Preceded in death by husband, Joseph A. Mitchell, Sr. and mother, Lillian B. Wiley.  Survivors are sons: William (Lois) and Paul (Carolyn) Wynn; daughter, Elizabeth Wynn Johnson; devoted stepsons: Marshall (Davetta) Mitchell of Atlanta, GA and Joseph (Audrey) Mitchell, Jr. of Montgomery, AL; sister-in-law, Inez M. Hartsell, Stella Louise “Boot”-born April 8, 1936, went home to be with her heavenly father on May 11, 2011. Stella was a God fearing woman that loved the Lord. She was a faithful member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. She was an excellent cook and was always willing to help those in need. She is preceded in death by husband, Ernest; parents, William & Estelle Jones; sister, Sadie Davis; brother Franklin Jones; grandchildren Vince & Kristin and a great-granddaughter Jada. Bell, Lucille- of Knoxville departed this life on Monday, May 9, 2011 at her home.  She was preceded in death by parents, Zack (Ella) Comer; husband, Robert L. Bragg, Lottie Smith– transitioned from this life Thursday morning, April 28, 2011, at NHC Ft. Sanders. She was born January 17, 1921 in Pacolet Mills (Spartanburg County), South Carolina. She was a member of the 1941 graduating class of Austin High School. She was a faithful member of the Mount Olive Baptist Church until her health declined. She retired as a clerical assistant from Hess’s Department Store (now Dilliards). She leaves to fondly cherish her memory: son, C. Norman (Jacquelyn) Bragg; daughter, Janice Bragg (Eric) Crawford and other relatives and friends. A special thank you is extended to her caregivers at NHC Ft. Sanders, to include Liz Foatman, Lisa Gamble and the 2^nd floor staff. Smith, Claudia- born November 5, 1948, joined her heavenly father on April 26, 2011 at 4:50 a.m. at NHC Nursing Home.  Preceded in death by parents, Rev. Bradley, Bonnie L. “Bonnie Boo”– passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011.  Bonnie Boo, as she was affectionately known by all, was a member or the graduating class of Austin High, Class of 1956.  She retired from the Department of Education in Paterson, NJ. and was the Chairperson of the Lifetime Membership in the Missionary Society of the AME Zion Church.  Ms. Bradley was the President of the March Club at First AME Zion Church.  Those who preceded her in death were parents, Edward (Leanna) Miller, siblings and other relatives.  She leaves to cherish her memory: devoted children, Vickie Brown, Patricia Bradley of Smyrna, TN and Walter (Rebecca) Bradley, III of Indianapolis, IN; lifetime companion, Walter Bradley, Jr.; caregiver and devoted granddaughter, Michelle Bradley; other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Charlotte Thompson; brothers, Marvin (Patricia) and David (Gwen) Miller; specials friends to include Sonya Armstrong, Ella Walker and Alzora Rader; a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to name.  A special thank you to UT Medical Center.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at First AME Zion Church.  Reverend Michael J. Williams, Kenneth Marlon, also known as “Marlon” or “One Way”, departed this life on April 26, 2011. Marlon was born on June 28, 1979 in Knoxville, TN to the union of Shelia Williams, NY and Kenneth Gore, NY. Marlon accepted Christ as his savior at an early age.
