Grant, Osceola (Ned) Sr. – of Knoxville went to be with the Lord, Thursday, January 28, 2010 at his residence. Preceded in death: parents, James and Jeanette Weems Grant; daughters, Patricia and Renee Grant; brothers, James and Tommy Grant. Survivors; children, Tarance Gallamore, Osceola and Tiffany Grant; grandchildren,  Cassandra and Reuben Glass; Jamal Grant; great-grandchildren, Irianna Renee and Rashawn Glass; sisters, Suzie Hodge, Gladys Greenlee, Gloria Douglass,  Rose Turner, Gwendolyn and Barbara Grant; brothers, Richard and Joel Grant; close personal friend, Eula Skaggs and devoted friend, Judith Grant; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends on Friday, February 5, 2010 at Unity Mortuary Chapel from 11:00AM – 12:00 Noon with services to follow. Reverend Michel S. E. Caldwell officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Services to conclude with full dove release.
