Ms. Pamela N. Sherrod – was born December 1, 1973 in Knoxville, TN. She was called to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. She was preceded in death by mother, Myrtle Sherrod, father, Percy May, grandmother, Willie M. Sherrod and nephew Esly Clemons Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory two loving sons, Tyliek Sherrod, D’erran Sherrod and Samson who she fondly called her son; one brother, Lynn Sherrod (Laurie) of Knoxville, TN., Almetra Cohen (Roger) of Spartanburg, SC and Jackie Coward of Knoxville, TN.; very special friend, Robert Smith of Jacksonville, FL., very devoted friends, Jowanna Dunlap, Bonnie Willis, Joy Stapleton, Stephanie Crump and Eljuan Sassy Middlebrook; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 7, 2015 from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. at Unity Mortuary Chapel with The Celebration of Life Service to follow at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Ron Butler from Honey Rock Victorious Church officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 1705 Moses Avenue.
