John E. Smith

Smith, John E. – of Knoxville was born November 23, 1978 to his beloved parents, Doris Smith and John (Pedro) Williams, and loving grandmother, Mary Smith-Lane. John departed this life October 27, 2013 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He graduated from Carter High School and went on to further his education at Lane College. He was to start Real Estate School on November 4, 2013. He was employed at Central Car Wash & Detailing. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Williams. John leaves behind his daughters , Joyous ,Aaliyah and Taqualla; sisters, Nikki (JaMichael) Garner, Shelita (Spanky) Murriel, Sharmaine, Mahagony and  Aaliah Walton, Erica, Keira; brother, Ahmadd Rochadd; aunts, Emma Taylor, Delrose (Robert) Byrd, Pearl Page, Debra (Michael) Haynes, Teresa Smith, Mary Jean Beauchaine  and Lina Jones; uncles, Tyrone Smith, Elder (Terry) Smith, Tony, Fredrick (Alice), Henry (Peter Gun), Larry, Scottie, Lawrency Williams; niece, Mr. & Mrs. Stanly Smith,  Lora and Annette, Detroit, MI.; a host of nieces nephews includes PeAndra, Demarius, Ro Jr., Ahzyah,  Ahmya  and  a host of  friends and love ones. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 3:00 to 4:00 P.M. at New Friendship Baptist church with funeral services to follow at 4:00 P.M. Pastor Joseph B. Smith officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Services will conclude with full dove release.
