Kenneth Foster Sr. – departed this life on June 27, 2013 from St. Mary’s Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers-in-law Orlando Cepeda Tippitt and Charles Whittmam.  Survivors: wife, Melody; sons, Kenneth (Mavis) Foster, Kenta Foster, Kareem Foster; brother, John (Mamosa) Foster, Jr.; sister, Patricia Littlejohn; brothers-in-law, Sam (Carolynn) Fulton,Richard Kyle Fulton, Shannon (Ellen) Fulton, Robert Tippitt; sisters-in-law, Brenda Whitman, Dena (Gregg) McCallie, Veronica Tippitt, Julia Tippitt, Mattie Jean Tippitt, Gloria Tippett; granchildren, Kenneth Xavier Foster, Keithon Foster; uncle, Murphy (Eugenia) Strong, Sr.; aunts, Kathaleen Strong, Athaleen Strong, Pearlie Strong, Dora Willean Cullom;  a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends  Wednesday,  July 3, 2013  from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm with funeral service to follow at  Logan Temple AME Zion Church, 2744 Selma Avenue. Rev. Sam Fulton, officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Olive Cemetery. Service to conclude with full dove release.
