Without fear the way ahead¸ seems more distinct & clear- & we realize there’s nothing, we need ever face alone, for our heavenly Father loves us & our problems are his own. (Ps. 46:1) Jesus said I am the resurrection, & the life. He that exercises faith in me , though he dies, will come back to life. (John 11:25) In the Bible, the Greek word, translated “resurrection” literally means “ a standing up again” It implies that a person is restored to life, retaining his or her unique identity, personality, & memories. This gives us very much hope, for our future. There is a day coming when every person who has fallen asleep in death will wake up & live on a newly restored earth with us, never worrying about sickness or death anymore. I hope that you can find comfort & encouragement in the above verses or those of your own.(Acts 24:15, & Luke 7;12-14) What a wonderful hope, that of seeing our loved ones once again.

My Aunt, I will forever miss our lengthy conversations about so many things. For you were the last and true matriarch of your generation and now that you are with Christ, I am sure he has given you a big welcome home! You will be sorely missed here on earth, because you were not just an aunt but more like a mother to not only your children, but to me each and every time I could not find my surrogate mom! Auntie, you lived the verse (JOHN 15:5) I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. You were a true testament of that verse, because that is how you lived your life and your work shall speak for you thereafter. As for my cousins, find peace knowing that she is now resting with God. Continued strength because that is her wish, and stay in prayer as she would have us to do, as we keep her memories alive!
