Willis Mae Easterly

Easterly, Willis Mae – of Knoxville, TN, was called from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Friday, March 16, 2012. Ms. Easterly was surrounded by her daughter and other family members. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memory: loving and devoted daughter, Lillie (Donald) Widener; three grandsons; five great grandchildren; uncle, Rev. Franklin Easterly, KY; and a host of relatives and friends. Saturday, March 24, 2012, the family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at Payne Avenue Baptist Church.  Reverend Franklin Easterly, eulogist and Pastor Christopher Battle assisting.

    God does not make mistakes,Sister Easterly has reached the destination that we all( those who know the Lord)seek. May the Lord bless those who are left to mourn the loss of their LOVED one.

  3. We are very sorry to hear of the loss of Willie. We were acquainted with her from Broadway Towers. She was a sweet and lovely lady. She always greeted those who spoke to her. Her presence at the Towers was missed, as we are sure you will miss this dear lady. Blessings to you all.
