Turner, 63, of Knoxville, departed this life on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her mother, Willie Turner and brothers: Glenn and Marvin Turner. She is survived by her son, Chantel \u201cTray\u201d Turner; sisters, Judy and Pam; brother, Scott (Tisha); half-sisters, half-brothers and a sister of Cleveland, Ohio; a host of uncles, aunts, relatives of Calhoun, Georgia; and a very devoted friend, Kim Womble of many years. The family will receive friends from 3 PM to 4 PM on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in the William V. Powell, Jr. Memorial Chapel of Unity Mortuary, with the Celebration of Life Service to follow at 4 PM, with Rev.
