R.W. Monroe, two nieces, one nephew and a host of other relatives and friends.\u00a0The family will receive friends on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., in the William V. Powell, Jr. Memorial Chapel, Unity Mortuary, with the Celebration of Life Service to follow with Rev. R.W.
