He was born July 19, 1944 in Plymouth, Montserrat to the late Ann Aymer and Isaac Perkins.\u00a0He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved children: Marilyn Powell (PA), Cecil Neville, Donathan (Trisha) Christian (TN), Elizabeth (Delroy) James (NY), Mario (Stacy) Christian (TN), Matthew (Georgia) Christian (TN), Pheona (Roger) Bowser (TN), RosaMaria (Tyrone) Jackson (TN); 14 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.\u00a0The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 10:57 AM to 12:00 PM, with the funeral to follow at 12:00 PM, at College Hill SDA Church, 1837 Brandau Street, with Pastor Nathan Williams officiating. The final resting place will be at Mount Olive Cemetery following the service.
