She was an original member of St. Luke Episcopal Church.\u00a0 Preceded in death by husband, Joseph A. Proctor, Jr.\u00a0 Survived by son, Joseph A. (Evelyn) Proctor, III; daughter, Dr. Idelia Phillips and a host of relatives and friends.\u00a0 The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 22, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with funeral service to follow at St. Luke Episcopal Church at 600 S.
